8.    How We Store and Protect Your Information

We classify all highly sensitive immigration application data as confidential and apply stricter protections than those used for standard website analytics data. Access to immigration-related information is restricted to authorized systems and a single internal security administrator. No staff members can view or retrieve this information during normal operations. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard Google Cloud security controls. Access to immigration-related information is strictly limited our security administrator, and the Cloud provider personnel DO NOT have human access to stored data—only automated system processes. We use authentication, access-control policies, and audit logging to ensure that only authorized systems can interact with your information.
TGC never uses or sells your data to train AI models or shared with machine-learning systems.

8.1    Data Storage and Transfer

The websites and programs provided by TGC are primarily intended for United States residents. All immigration-related information is stored in our Google Firestore database, which is configured to the United States region. The Cloud provider may perform internal encrypted redundancy or replication within its managed infrastructure, but such processes never provide human access to your data and do not change our security, encryption, or access-control protections

8.2    Data Security
The protection of your information is a top priority for us, and we use WIX web security which includes physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to preserve the confidentiality and security of all information collected through our websites and programs.
Safe Data Encryption: Our website is protected using advanced encryption methods. Data in transit is secured using HTTPS, TLS 1.2 and above, and automatic SSL. Data at rest is safeguarded with AES-256 encryption, which represents the highest commercially available encryption standard.

8.3    Data Retention

We retain immigration-related information only while your account is active or while you require access to your drafts, evidence, or application packets. When you indicate that your application is complete or when you use the in-account deletion tools, all immigration-related information is permanently deleted from our active systems. We automatically delete this information even if you do not manually trigger the deletion feature.

After deletion, no one at TGC can access this data. Cloud provider personnel also do not have access to your information; only automated Cloud processes can handle encrypted backups.

As part of our standard backup configuration, encrypted backups may retain copies of deleted data for up to 7 days (daily backups) and up to 30 days (weekly backups). These backups exist only for disaster recovery, are fully encrypted, and are accessible only to:

 * TGC’s internal security administrator, and

 * Cloud’s provider automated, non-human systems

Backup files automatically expire and are overwritten; once overwritten, the deleted data becomes permanently unrecoverable. Backup data is never used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties.

We retain only limited low-risk account information required for fraud prevention, customer support, legal compliance, and proof of purchase (such as name, email address, transactional records, consent logs, and download confirmations). We do not retain, at any moment, Social Security numbers.

8.4    Payment Protection
Via WIX Payments we maintain the highest standards of security for payment-related information. Our websites are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). These standards are further supported by robust anti-fraud protection measures to safeguard payment information and protect transactions.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised due to a security breach, we commit to taking reasonable steps to investigate the situation. Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will notify individuals whose information may have been compromised. We will also take other necessary actions to address the situation and mitigate any potential impact.
